So What Will I Do?

I am just going to summarise what yoy would need to do as i have got all the details on our main site, but this will give you enough information so that you should be able to decide if you want to try a detox for yourself. I think that most people realise they really should give their bodies a break, but dont realise the damage that ingested Toxins and resulting Free Radicals can cause.

There are very few absolute NOT items on the fast Detox and in any case its for 10 DAYS Only.
  • The liver is the first line of defense against Toxins and really takes a battering from all the muck we consume these days, we know that alcohol is real bad for your liver so NO ALCOHOL.
  • Our System is bombarded by high suger and fat laden foods constantly, especially by highly processed foods, so they are out No HIGHLY PROCESSED FOODS
  • Fast foods apart from normally being highly processed as above they are normally containing Trans Fatty Acids, or Hydrogenated Vegtable Oil which is a real no no SO NO FAST FOOD
  • Pop is simply refined suger,chemicals,water and CO2, NO POP or other Fizzy Drinks
  • No Red meat this includes Pork, sorry about that the no bacon is a bad one .
